Delhi to Dharamshala Route Map via Chintpurni Dehra
The second route by which you can reach Dharamshala is via Mubarikpur, chintpurni, Dehra. This is the shortest route of all which is around 474 kms. You can have a stop for eating and some fun activities at Bombay Picnic Spot near Mubarikpur. You can also get a stopover of 1 hr at Mata Chintpurni Temple and then continue your journey to Dharamshala.

Places to Visit in Dharamshala
St. John Church
The church was constructed in 1852 which is designed in neo_Gothic Architecture style. The windows of the church are made up of fine Belgian Stained glass.
War Memorial
The everlasting war memorial built in the memory of soldiers who lost their lives for the nation is a must to visit which is located amongst the beautiful pine forests. Models of various fighter jet and tanks are on display here.
HPCA Cricket stadium
One of the most beautiful stadiums in the laps of the hills is situated here. You can visit the stadium anytime and enjoy the view of beautiful Dhauladhar Ranges and click some beautiful pictures here. It was once second home ground for the King’s XI Punjab iPL team. The ground has also hosted some international matches featuring India and is set to host more in coming times.
Kangra Art Museum
Near the Kotwali Bazar lies the famous Art museum depicting the artifacts as old as 5th century AD. Along with various sculptures, pottery it also has a fine collection of miniature paintings.
Kunal Pathri Mandir
Located amongst the dense tea gardens lies the temple of Goddess Durga Kunal Pathri Mandir. It is 3 km away from Dharamshala.
Indrunag Temple
Temple is located 5 km uphill from Dharamshala where you will enjoy the view of Kangra valley.
McleodGanj
